Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Yesterday’s leg day below. Took today off as not feeling right. Need every arm day to count as they’re tiny little bitch twigs.

Physique update attached: not upset but know there’s more work to be done. Does the front half of me even lift?

Legs
1. Extensions/Curls Warm Up of 12–15 reps as many sets as needed to find a 12 rep failure in Curls +15 partials (extensions are just to get blood moving)

2. Leg Press - Ascending by 2 plates per side until an 8-10 rep failure. Maxed this one out so only higher reps from now on.

3. Lying Leg Curls (old school chain driven machine) - 4x8-10

4. Squats - ascend by a plate to 315 for as many reps as possible (got 16)

The scale is a liar and i change so much day to day in the mirror its frustrating AF.

Forgot to log Friday’s arms, but included some heavy dips to an added 135lbs, the bicep blaster (great piece of gear), and a massive pump.

Today’s chest:
1. Hammer Strength Wide Press - As many sets as needed to warm up to 2 max rep working sets at 5plates per side

2. Low Incline DB Press (keep DBs wide at the top) 4x-10-12

3. High to low Cable Flyes 4x8-15

4. Flat Bench - 225lbs for 3 sets of as many reps as possible

5. Calf Press - 5x8-15

Volume has been a tad lower lately with some more focus on weight. Still not hitting anything under 6 reps and joints are feeling great.

Preworkout meal for me is 1c egg whites, 1/2c quick oats ( grinded up super fine in a processor) and a scoop and a half of protein powder in a shaker about 30min before getting to the gym. Digests very well in a short amount of time. Just enough good to get you thru.

Oh.....and stay off the scale! I’m like you and fluctuate big time from day to day. Once a week is plenty.
 
Blood work is back. Posted the T numbers in the Pristine thread. Here’s the full workup.

AST/ALT aren’t great but if I am not mistaken mild elevations are considered 2-3x and not surprising given the orals.

RBC is back high again but almost time to donate so that’s fine.

PSA is nice.

Test at 3500 isn’t stupendous but not horrible for the test dose. I am going to try and grab a pharma vial and see how it stacks up.

Knew E2 was high as I was still getting my AI dose settled by feel. I am absolutely sensitive to elevated estrogen from test, as I am using far more than most to keep it where it is. Again, will retest in 6 weeks and see how it’s doing.

The other highs and lows are very close to normal ranges and my norm. So I’m happy about that. High protein diet isn’t killing me, gear isn’t tearing me up though i will work on the liver markers there.

Just finished two weeks of what I was scared was chronic diarrhea. Controllable in terms of I know when it was coming but, fuck I’m glad that’s over. Believe it was related to egg whites. Lesson learned.

Appetite is full force right now. I get issues when fall goes to winter and winter to spring, glad it’s finaly over. Was about to add something for appetite.

Bounced back to 217 mid-day with a couple days recovered. Hoping to be back on the trial to 220 by 6 weeks from now. 220 AM would be ideal. That’d be a happy number to start prep at. If I’m not quite there I might consider pushing it back to Miami Nationals in Nov and hit an 8 week short ester cycle before kicking off prep.

Fairly decent update here.

1. I dropped the Deca down to 350ish as I was not liking the way it was making me feel, including some mild deca dick

2. In place of itI added 350 Tren Ace (my body just agrees with it...) and tren has never given me the 19-nor sides associated with deca

3. Will be adding an end of cycle oral (maybe inj Superdrol)

4. Macro updates attached, just adding cals, mostly carbs, consistently

5. Attached a progress photo from Sept 1 (6 weeks pre-cycle) and Jan 1 (8 weeks mid cycle)

Its new to me. Doubt an injectable will impact my apetite like an actual oral would (Dbol fucked me up at the beginning of the cycle), it won’t contribute to any estrogen type sides (Dbol) or progesterone like Anadrol. Never had an issue with my lipid profile (which it will impact).

You look awesome. What is your diet how the do you getting that much protein. You have to be eating nonstop. What r your stats. Keep it up!

I haven’t laid out meals in a while so here you go:

Before meal 1: .5-1L of water, vitamin+greens supp, kombucha

1. 4 eggs, 8oz egg whites, 2 slices whole wheat toast, 4 tbsp peanut butter (5am)

2. 7oz chicken, 2 cups white rice, banana (8am)

3. 7oz chicken, 2 cups white rice, apple (11am)

4. 7oz chicken, 2 cups white rice (2pm)

5. (Preworkout) 1 scoop whey isolate, 1 large muffin (4pm)

6. (Intraworkout) 32oz Gatorade (430-6pm)

7. (Postworkout) 1 serving RedCon1 MRE (630pm)

8. 9oz Steak Tips, 2 cups white rice (730pm)

9. (Immediately before bed) 1 serving RedCon1 MRE (930pm)

Total cals: 6100

Around 1.25G of water in addition to any liquids above

Current stats:
5’7, 210 in the AM/216 mid-day, bf somewhere around 8-10%

The new cals are primarily from the MRE. I tapped out on more whole food. It’s a pain in the dick at my height/weight to keep pounding food. So two protein shakes became protein/carb shakes.

Need help gents; suggestions for a quick, light meal pre-training. I eat a full meal before I leave the office (2:30-3pm). I can’t put the gym off long enough to eat a full meal again, but 120 mins between meal and training is too much, plus i need to keep packing in cals. Would also be great if it could be eaten in the car easily.

Delts:
1. HS Shoulder Press - 5 total sets including warm ups to the absolute heaviest for 4-5 reps

2. Lateral DB Raise - 6x12-15

3. Rear Delt DB Row - 4x10-12

4. Reverse Pec Deck - 3x15

5. Smith Shoulder Press - 3x12-15

6. Single Leg Calf Press - 6x12-15
1cup rolled oats blended to powder, 50 grams protein red on 1 mre lite oatmeal,half banana,2 tablespoons almond butter, 1.5 cups milk. Yields about 1000 calories 130 g carbs with peanut butter more, 65 grams protein,20 grams fat. I swear 45 minutes later I’m starving and have egg quiche 600 caps. With bacon or sausage and vegetables. Drink and hour before the gym
