Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Dbol definitely fucked it up. Then it seemed to lag behind for a while afterwards. Then my week or two of shitting my brains out came and ended. Now I’m hammering food, almost have to add snacks or a meal.
Dbol never did that to me until this time! After cruising my appetite was amazing and 6 days into dbol 50mg I've gotta tap out :(
 
Sorry for the lack of updates guys. Late blast grind going on; dying to eat and keep growing.

Been slammed at work and not taking the usual time post training to record my workout and post here. Will get back to it ASAP.
 
Legs:
Warmup - extensions SS lying leg curls - 15-20 reps, last set of curls is +15 bottom partials

1. Back Squat - work up to a single heavy set of 12 (15rep sets until then)

2. Adductor Machine - 4x8-12

3. Single Leg Press - 4x12-15

4. Standing Single Leg Curl - 4x8

5. Alternating Single Leg Extensions (one set is 3x back and forth to failure) - 3 x max

Had a squat vid but file size is too big.

Lol at 270 I’d look like a fucking balloon animal up there. Ramy is only a bit over 270 on stage. That’s what cutler was. The 235-240 Dex carries is much more my tune if I can go that far.
Just busting your chops big guy lol..even at 230 is massive on your frame.
 
2-3 weeks. Want to be off for at least 6 before the show. Still 218ish come gym time, 212 AM.

I think I need to get creative with compound selection, lengths I run them, and cycle duration to maintain growing longer than 12ish weeks.
What do you have in mind for that?

May try more short esters. In the future. Maybe an 8-10week blast of just nonstop caloric increases (250-500 cals every 7-14 days). Cyp as a base, prop on top with NPP (fast EQ would be cool). Then an oral(or inj sdrol)/tren upfront and the other on the backend.

I was thinking on to trying that at some point, good thing you are doing it first so I’ll have some feedback on it.
