Progress/training log part 3: Operation retard strengthstrength

Good workout.

1.deadlift 4x3 8RPE 415lb
2.clean n jerk 4x2 9RPE 155lb
3.bent over rows 4x12 155lb
4.ohp 3x8 7RPE 2 sets 120lb 1 set 115lb

Prettu good tobight, managed to make another decent jump on deadlifts.

Clean n jerk was kind of all over the place and whacky tonight, maybe i expended too much energy on deads but my catch was goofy tonight.

All in all not bad though.

Another damned fine workout

1.squat 5x5 9RPE 305lb
2.comp bench 4x3 8RPE 3 sets with 200lb then dropped to 195lb for final set
3.front squat 4x4 8RPE 185lb
4.incline bench 3x12 135lb

Happy to make another 10lb jump on squats, especially for a 5x5. Did a lot of catching up these past 4-5 weeks, very happy.

Picked up some of that total war preworkout i seent ya mention in the preworkout thread, with that Bogo deal as well as some bogo bcaas, kind of pricey but decided to treat myself. And with the buy one get one deal I'd be losing money not to take that lol

Probably start with half scoop. It's strong.
 
I dont think the stuff i got has any caffiene. Probably dont need any more caffiene, i have a monster in the morning before work, and my preworkout at the gym

1.front squat 4x3 8RPE 250lb
2.TNG bench 4x10 7RPE 175 185 175 165
3.leg press 2x20 4 plates per a side
4.lat pulldow 4x16 110lb
5.kbell swing 4x16
6.plank 3xfailure

Well all my working sets for front squats were 250, creeped maybe a littlw more towards 8.5RPE on last set but das ok.

Bench finally hit 185 for 10 so i mean obviously still a shitty press, but atleast it's ahowing some progress so I'm happy about that.


Uhhh been a busy day off, hiking and inpromptu fishing trip early this morning at the beach,got all my meal prep done for the week,gym in the afternoon just now, and i have 2 racks of ribs and a pound of shrimp to grill up so i am fittina do that thur
 
Fucking MURKED that workout, straight made squats my bitch tonight!

1.squats 5x5 9RPE 315lb
2.comp bench 4x3 8RPE 200lb
3.front squat 4x4 8RPE 185lb
4.incline DB press 3x12 70lb

Was not expecting to make the jump to 315, but my last warmup set 275 paused beltless felt like nothing so i went ahead and did 300x1 belted and then jumped right into my 5's, definitely challenging but not overly difficult so very very very happy to finally be squatting a somewhat respectable amount again.

Bench was also pretty good, got through all my sets with 200lb so next week i will bump up to 205 and see what it do.

Not gonna say it was the entire box of mac n cheese i atepreworkout, but i aint gonna rule it out eitherlmao

Fuck i am absolutely pumped!
