Would you be willing to submit an unopened sample to an independent accredited laboratory in Europe?

I see you trying to move your product here. I have no interest in helping you navigate your way around. The testing is not aimed to help you or anyone else slinging gear

I did not imply that it was, donating to testing from sources who use this board seemed beneficial to the end user and the board? The sources are not recieving any sort of compensation, the members are merely requiring they contribute to the cause of harm reduction?

@Millard Baker

How many samples for each UGL?

I was thinking that we should test the most expensive and exotic compounds of each of each UGL, to easy to get a pass on maybe test and fail primo/tren.

I'm willing to donate 100%!
Looking forward to the website.

Can we as donors participate in a pool where we decide what UGL
To test? Maybe an hidden pool so no one except you see the results.

Will HGH be able to
Be tested? That would be another game breaking. I have already 5-6 generic hgh that should be analysed :)
For the first batch, there will be a total of 16 samples analyzed with 2-5 samples for each steroid manufacturer and underground lab.

The results will all be made public. The official lab reports will be available to members who register on the site and registration is free. The distribution of the reports on other forums and websites will be encouraged.

We want to have the maximum impact on the community using the limited funds we have. This means the program will generally focused on established and/or popular labs with a significant customer base and wide distribution. The program will definitely need the member input to identify this labs.

The program will not spend its limited resources on the many start up UGLs that pop up every day. They typically have a short lifespan and small customer base. Lab testing results will have little relevance to the larger community of steroid users.

hGH testing? Maybe at some point in the future but not anytime soon.

I don't think there will be any restrictions on who can contribute to the crowdfunding campaign. But I want to emphasize that this is strictly a harm reduction service for consumers.

It is not a quality control service for steroid manufacturers and underground labs. Steroid manufacturers and UGLs will never have any influence or advance notification on which labs are tested and which products are tested.

The program will only accept unconditional donations. For example, if someone wants to donate $500 to the program contingent on testing of specified products, the contribution will be rejected.

The guiding principle for product selection will be to maximize the impact in terms of harm reduction for the largest number of consumers in the community.

I think this can help be funded greatly in part by any UGL's who would like to source on Meso. Other boards charge 500$ a month or so to be listed as a source. Meso could enact a user based policy similiar to the SCOC that would require sources to donate x amount of money per month to be recognized as a viable lab. Millard will inform the board which sources have complied with the member imposed donation requirement. Sources will be labeled by the community as compliant or non-compliant. If this became standard i cant see non-compliant sources/scammers getting much buisness.
MESO does not operate this way. It never approves any source especially in exchange for financial or other compensation. It will not give its stamp of approval to sources that are compliant or non-compliant with any standard. Furthermore, the program will be run and maintained separate from MESO.

Even though i've yet to start a cycle, i'll gladly contribute to this project.
@Millard Baker will you make the results public, or only for those wo've donated?

Max
Yes, the lab results will be available to the public. And the posting and distribution of the reports on other forums and websites will be encouraged.

I think my suggestion is mis-understood. I did not suggest it as a quality control service for UGL's in any way. The donation would not be contingent on testing of specified products and the source would not recieve notification on which products will be tested, all funds recieved from UGL's would go toward the fund to be done with as the board pleases the same as any other donation. The UGL's would recieve no type of kickback, i was not suggesting that a mere donation would be grounds to approve a source and its products. It would merely be the first step in being allowed to source by the community, similiar to the SCOC. I do not see how that infringes upon the idea behind the testing in any way, but i could be wrong.

I thought it might be a good idea but it was merely a suggestion and obviously up to the board, I was just trying to contribute what i thought would be beneficial to the board. Ive been a member here for years, Im a member first and a UGL second.

This is a great thing that is being done for the community i hope that all goes well and i applaud you for taking the time to begin such a program.

Thank you, I appreciate your words of support. Anyone who is interested in harm reduction for steroid users is welcome to support the program.

I think it's important that there is absolutely no quid pro quo when it comes to donations especially from anyone who may have a vested interest in the sale of the products under scrutiny at the time or at any point in the future. The credibility of the program depends on the absence of favoritism or special treatment.

My comments about the program not being a quality control service for sources wasn't necessarily directed at you. I just thought it was a good opportunity to emphasize the goals of the program and explicitly describe what the program is not.

The program is all about protecting the health of and minimizing the risk for all the guys using underground steroid products. It is not about helping sources sell product in any way.

SRCS likely got in trouble in 2004 because they were accused of providing quality control services for illicit underground labs. In other words, UGLs explicitly paid them to validate the quality of their products.

The current program will not offer such a service to UGLs. For example, if a UGL happens to contribute $500 to the lab testing program, it is no guarantee that their products will be tested. Their donation does not make it any more likely that their products will be tested than those UGL reps who do not donate -- and vice versa. The donations will be applied to the program's overall harm reduction objectives.

Wow! Props and many thanks, Millard. This will be a game changer and truly defines this forum. You should be proud of what you have accomplished. You will have my support.

Exactly, this has to be run with no bias or incentive whatsoever. I was planning on contributing regardless, as i would like to see this get started so that people can have access to AAS that they should have been able to purchase legally.

Nothing about this testing, I was referring to you being a member AND a source. Won't work

Id rather be honest than lie about it, obviously these concerns stem from schilling, but if you thought about it logically, wouldn't the source admitting to a second handle be less likely to schill than one who says he does not? Doesn't quite make sense that admitting to a second handle is cause for concern when not admitting to one proves nothing either. I realize it was just a warning and an accurate one at that.

Im prepared to deal with the concerns in a professional manner. Thank you for the heads up.
