It's not my strategy to try to lose weight again until I have the GLP-1 I've ordered from China no ... why try to repeat it the 4rth time just to end up worse than I already am! I also told you my feet as swollen up so badly and that my heart and lungs are so pressured by the weight that it would not be very smart to just try to out-train it. My body was already maxed out in weight in terms of natural muscle mass after all, 60 kg of fat is a lot on top of that (to my construction anyway).

a) Will be enhanced forever, not going back to 182 ng/dl…
b) am not on low dose TRT, I’m on the equivalent of around 215 test c/week
c) Am fine with sprinkling in some primo, a little Var, and kicking that test up a little for moderate cycles once it’s time to bulk
d) believe in GH’s benefits beyond fat loss and muscle gain, so there’s a good chance I’ll be utilizing 2-4iu/day quite a bit in my life

Thanks bro, took a step back, but I’m on the bike right now. Power went out, didn’t come back until Saturday evening. Didnt work out once it was back, even though I could have, fucked around on my diet, not eating at a deficit for the first time since I started. Pretty sure I didn’t go above mantainence, but still…wasn’t planned, not good. Back on the grind now, can’t beat myself up about it anymore.

I know what went wrong. I’ve noticed that on 48+ hour fasts, the body does the same thing it does when you skip a day of sleep. It’ll do whatever it can to get back what you took away from it. Gonna stay away from those for now. So much higher intensity cardio was also making ravenous, back to LISS.

Also I was thinking, since sorta always in a somewhat fasted state and pin gh morning and night, I think I can really take advantage of the fat loss if I do some easy fasted cardio after both shots. Don’t think it’ll fuck my appetite too much, trying it out today.

I agree with this. I think past 24 hours most the benefits come from cell autophagy (more important once you reach your goals) and growth hormone release (not necessary with exogenous).
I think I can really take advantage of the fat loss if I do some easy fasted cardio after both shots.
Try and time the shots 2 hours before your fasted cardio for max fat burn.

Glad your process has gotten so much safer, and that you’re sticking with it man. Gonna kill this shit!
 
Also I don’t know what vagina-oriented therapy is, but therapy’s awesome. Meditation and therapy did absolute wonders for my ADD. I went from having to rewind videos every 30 seconds to being able to listen to 1+ hour talks all the way through.

Btw. just a single comment to the TRT you wrote you are running it in rather high doses (megadoses way outside normal ranges), - I'm not at all an expert on anabolics, but is it, not a waste right now when you are in this massive kcal deficit?

I mean you are hardly going to gain much muscle at a 2-3000 kcal deficit - so will it not just set you up for needing higher doses when you finally go for your gain phases, on top of that you might get more mental sides instead of wellbeing from it.

I'm not saying I'm right: but just that it might be worth evaluating it, and having someone with more understanding of ass than me to look at it perhaps?

No one else has mentioned this, but guys in here can probably tell you if this is valid or wasted advice.

I know because I have trained naturally my entire life with people taking aas, so I know how easy they have it with building muscle and avoid gaining fat, but having followed them for years, I also know the cost.

Up to people themselves if they want to pay that cost to stand on stage in tiny panties to be admired by other men or whatever. If you want to be a pro bodybuilder in those classes it’s needed, otherwise it’s just stupid.

So I’m advising him not to do that, but stay on a low dose of TRT, or he will end up dependent on mega doses of aas to keep his gains forever.

If he just runs low dose of trt all bulking up will do is 1) make him fat again 2) make him cycle the same muscle mass on and off… I’ve seen that hundreds of times before.

Again, none of your meatheads seems to graps OPs situation is way diffeent than your own.

It does take years to gain significant mass naturally while staying lean, but it’s constant progress … as for wasting time, I think I personally did okay, never using any aas only stimulants.

You also have to look at the long perspective: I became obese the last years but even after not having trained for several years, most of my mass is still here beeneth the layers of fat - if your mass is build on mega doses of ass, you will go back looking as a stickman quickly.

Ps: a tranny is what you become, when you have no natural test production and your prostata is so big can’t even do trt anymore

But I’m sure BoloYang will look cute in a tight little evening dress and high heels when that time comes

I’ve built about 10lbs of muscle on no more than 350mg of test and a surplus for 6 months lol, cope more danish fatty

Thanks! I’ll keep it around 2 hours from now on, been wondering about that.

Autophagy is why I really wanted to push 48+ hour fasts. I think I have 4 or 5 done since starting, I’ll revisit it once my macros and everything else is dialed in, lot of changes being made since adding in the workouts. I know I gotta up protein a lot, get some good antioxidants, and find a good electrolyte balance.
