I've used a shit ton of DNP, i have tried low to high doses, up to 1,2gr i believe (capped myself, not very precisely might as well be higher, not lower) for a short to long lower doses duration. in all my experience, ANY dose will cause a certain amount of lethargy and food carvings, exponentially, other than sweating when not required, expecially at night (which impair good sleep, very important) and general discomfort. That way any willpower you have will drop down to zero in a long enough period.
You can do it better with a good mindset and plenty of energy and motivation, maybe a bit of T3 and caffeine (high doses are not required here), with cardio everyday and a good diet. That was way more effective for me.
TL;DR: don't use exotic shit and work about your motivation and mindset (so fix your health imbalances, good sleep, dopamine etc)
